Consent to the processing of personal data
In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, acting on my own will and in my own interests, I consent to the organization of PJSC “NLMK” (hereinafter the Operator), the Operator's address: 398040, Russia, Lipetsk, Metallurgov square, 2, for the processing of my personal data in order to use them for communication with me by representatives of PJSC “NLMK”.
Personal data that I consent to be processed include:
- Full name;
- Employer's title and position;
- Contact phone number;
- E-mail address.
My consent to the processing of personal data applies to all processing methods including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision and access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
This consent takes effect from the moment I provide personal data and is valid for an unlimited period of time, until I withdraw my consent in the prescribed manner.
I'm aware that this consent may be revoked at any time by sending a written notice signed by me or my legal representative to the Operator by registered mail with a notification.
